Flooring in Friday Harbor The installers (both carpet and hardwood floor) were great. The first batch of wood was flawed, which was the fault of the manufacturer. Our salesman (Larry) did a great job of making things right.

They answered all of our questions and concerns, and helped us decide on the flooring that would be best for our new home! Call Carpet One I chose Carpet One because I like to buy local when I can. The living room carpet and bathroom vinyl were professionally installed on the day they were promised. Important to me is that both installers left no trace of their presence in my home. Up next? Another bathroom, the kitchen, stairs and hallway, and two bedrooms. Oh, and there was a hiccup on my part and Carpet One sent an installer back to my house, at no charge, to craft some adjustments. That made me feel good. That is good business.
