Amazing product and amazing customer service I have bought several lights from cocoweb over the past 6 months for a building project. First of all, the lights are very high quality and easy to install. We have had two instances where we had to call them - one was an LED that burned out and one was where we broke a part on a light and needed it fixed. In both occasions - including the one that was our fault - the owner was amazing to deal with and provided replacements at no cost. He was pleasant and prompt. Honestly the best customer service I have had in years. Will buy lights from them whenever I can.

Excellent Quality I purchased two Barn Lights from Cocoweb a few months ago to help light up my front porch. I must say I was pleasently surpirsed by the quality of the barn lights and they just look stunning. I would highly recommend.

Beware Beware! They're not answering the phone or replying to email. No employees listed on LinkedIn. Just saw this review that they are located in China...I did not know...now I'll have to ask my credit card company to dispute/reverse charges.
