FRThe product is good - the service is terrible The product is good, but the service is awful. They did not deliver the corresponding content in the package, they never apologized for it. They said they would send the missing part, I never heard again after 2 weeks. They did not fill in the right address for initial delivery and I had to track and chase the package myself, they never apologized for it. Too bad their level of service is affecting the whole experience. This does not make me want to buy again there and I do not recommend the process.

GBchanged light free of charge When I couldn't figure out how replace the light in the lamp, Cocoweb fixed it for me free of charge.

GBBeware Beware! They're not answering the phone or replying to email. No employees listed on LinkedIn. Just saw this review that they are located in China...I did not know...now I'll have to ask my credit card company to dispute/reverse charges.

GBI purchased a picture light and in… I purchased a picture light and in moving from one house to another I lost the transformer. Gabriel from Cocoweb called me right back and personally took a replacement transformer to the UPS for overnight delivery to my new home, as Cocoweb's deliveries had already left for the day. The transformer arrived early the next morning, and just in time for the electrician who was scheduled to come and fix some electrical issues in my new home. Thanks to Gabriel I did not have to pay for another electrician visit because the transformer was there waiting for my electrician to use in reinstalling the picture light. Fantastic customer service!! Very pleased!!
