Perfect Lighting I purchased a few barn lights from Cocoweb and was very impressed with the quality of the lights. My electrician said they were really easy to install and he was quite impressed with the item as well.

Beware Beware! They're not answering the phone or replying to email. No employees listed on LinkedIn. Just saw this review that they are located in China...I did not know...now I'll have to ask my credit card company to dispute/reverse charges.

I have purchased 6 picture lights in… I have purchased 6 picture lights in the past few years, service was good until now. They changed the shipping address from what was on the purchase confirmation and invoice. They want to charge me to contact the shipping company and have their error corrected. Once I pointed out to them that this was not my error, but in fact theirs they stopped communicating with me (email communications) and continue to ignore several emails that I have since sent. ..I still have not received my light. Disgusting approach to dealing with an error that they made.. terrible customer service.
