GBBeware Beware! They're not answering the phone or replying to email. No employees listed on LinkedIn. Just saw this review that they are located in China...I did not know...now I'll have to ask my credit card company to dispute/reverse charges.

FRThe product is good - the service is terrible The product is good, but the service is awful. They did not deliver the corresponding content in the package, they never apologized for it. They said they would send the missing part, I never heard again after 2 weeks. They did not fill in the right address for initial delivery and I had to track and chase the package myself, they never apologized for it. Too bad their level of service is affecting the whole experience. This does not make me want to buy again there and I do not recommend the process.

GBPerfect Lighting I purchased a few barn lights from Cocoweb and was very impressed with the quality of the lights. My electrician said they were really easy to install and he was quite impressed with the item as well.

CAI have purchased 6 picture lights in… I have purchased 6 picture lights in the past few years, service was good until now. They changed the shipping address from what was on the purchase confirmation and invoice. They want to charge me to contact the shipping company and have their error corrected. Once I pointed out to them that this was not my error, but in fact theirs they stopped communicating with me (email communications) and continue to ignore several emails that I have since sent. ..I still have not received my light. Disgusting approach to dealing with an error that they made.. terrible customer service.
