GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ordered two plants for Mother’s Day going to two different locations and both arrived in horrible condition and promptly died. When reaching out to customer service they could only do store credit and were unapologetic. Their plants are overpriced to begin with why would I repurchase from them. If you want to send a dead plant to a family member this is the company for you.

GBBest plants you can buy I’ve been ordering from Bloomscape for years because of the quality and condition of the plants being far superior to what you can find at Home Depot, etc. A big problem with those stores is the presence of pests in their plants. Have been satisfied with Bloomscape all around.

GBI love them! I have purchased multiple plants from bloomscape and each experience with them has been nothing short of wonderful. Not only do they offer a wide variety of plants, but their plant care team is so helpful and kind. I also use their app, Vera, to keep track of watering and fertilizing! I feel like the price of the plants are worth it and their customer service is quite lovely.

GBNO CONTACT Firstly, I paid $15 for expedited Mother’s Day shipping. Before the cutoff. It arrived a day late anyway, Monday, so missed the deadline, but also, the plant was completely destroyed. There is no phone number so I’ve sent in their online form, emailed them and sent Facebook messages for the last 2 days and absolutely NO response! Absolutely SHOCKING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

GBPlant I received was unlike plant pictured. I purchased an EL Ponytail Palm as a housewarming gift for my son. The picture of the XL plant was very impressive. However the plant he received was much smaller than expected. I was unable to speak directly with a person. Through several texts they determined my plant was a perfectly appropriate size. The plant was $150 with 30% off plus tax shipping and handling. I won't be buying anything from this company again. Should have stuck with a local business. Lesson learned.
