100% recommend I ordered from bloomscape right before Easter. I had excellent communication with Brooke over the next week (re. Delays due to Easter and not shipping plants that could get stuck in courier warehouses over a weekend etc). My parcel came when expected, perfectly packaged and all plants safe and sound. I got some really awesome cutting that were already well rooted and some fresh cuttings that had clear instructions for care. I would 100% recommend Bloomscape and will be purchasing from them again.

Had a minor problem with my bird of… Had a minor problem with my bird of paradise arriving with a damaged leaf. Francesca reached out and resolved my issue, ordered numerous plants with Bloomscape and many other online sellers and Bloomscape always arrives bigger, greener and healthier than any other company. Top notch!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ordered two plants for Mother’s Day going to two different locations and both arrived in horrible condition and promptly died. When reaching out to customer service they could only do store credit and were unapologetic. Their plants are overpriced to begin with why would I repurchase from them. If you want to send a dead plant to a family member this is the company for you.

Not only did the plants I ordered arrive in perfect condition but one that got delayed in transit and arrived in pretty poor condition was replaced immediately, no questions asked. I love them! I have purchased multiple plants from bloomscape and each experience with them has been nothing short of wonderful. Not only do they offer a wide variety of plants, but their plant care team is so helpful and kind. I also use their app, Vera, to keep track of watering and fertilizing! I feel like the price of the plants are worth it and their customer service is quite lovely.
