NO CONTACT Firstly, I paid $15 for expedited Mother’s Day shipping. Before the cutoff. It arrived a day late anyway, Monday, so missed the deadline, but also, the plant was completely destroyed. There is no phone number so I’ve sent in their online form, emailed them and sent Facebook messages for the last 2 days and absolutely NO response! Absolutely SHOCKING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

100% recommend I ordered from bloomscape right before Easter. I had excellent communication with Brooke over the next week (re. Delays due to Easter and not shipping plants that could get stuck in courier warehouses over a weekend etc). My parcel came when expected, perfectly packaged and all plants safe and sound. I got some really awesome cutting that were already well rooted and some fresh cuttings that had clear instructions for care. I would 100% recommend Bloomscape and will be purchasing from them again.

No one from Bloomscape reached out to me until I did to understand why I had not received any shipping information. 3. I re-submit another order for the two plants I want. 4. The first plant arrived ~25 days after the initial order and it arrived dead. 5. I have no idea where the second plant is nor if it has even been shipped. 6. Almost ~30 days later and I still do not have the two plants I have ordered. They compensated 50$ for the inconvenience.

Francesca reached out and resolved my issue, ordered numerous plants with Bloomscape and many other online sellers and Bloomscape always arrives bigger, greener and healthier than any other company. Top notch!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ordered two plants for Mother’s Day going to two different locations and both arrived in horrible condition and promptly died. When reaching out to customer service they could only do store credit and were unapologetic. Their plants are overpriced to begin with why would I repurchase from them. If you want to send a dead plant to a family member this is the company for you.
