I received a big Fiddle Leaf fig tree… I received a big Fiddle Leaf fig tree from Bloomscape recently, and it quickly started to drop leaves and begin to die. I reached out to the Bloomscape customer service, and they not only gave me very thorough instructions on how to revive my plant, they gave me a coupon code to make up for the cost. Their reply went above and beyond in every way, and I can't wait to order some new plants soon!

Best plants you can buy I’ve been ordering from Bloomscape for years because of the quality and condition of the plants being far superior to what you can find at Home Depot, etc. A big problem with those stores is the presence of pests in their plants. Have been satisfied with Bloomscape all around.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ordered two plants for Mother’s Day going to two different locations and both arrived in horrible condition and promptly died. When reaching out to customer service they could only do store credit and were unapologetic. Their plants are overpriced to begin with why would I repurchase from them. If you want to send a dead plant to a family member this is the company for you.

Not only did the plants I ordered arrive in perfect condition but one that got delayed in transit and arrived in pretty poor condition was replaced immediately, no questions asked. Francesca reached out and resolved my issue, ordered numerous plants with Bloomscape and many other online sellers and Bloomscape always arrives bigger, greener and healthier than any other company. Top notch!
