Francesca reached out and resolved my issue, ordered numerous plants with Bloomscape and many other online sellers and Bloomscape always arrives bigger, greener and healthier than any other company. ITWish they shipped product with the same urgency they processed payments. Disappointing. Edited to say they were very fast to grant my refund and they auto-sent a letter explaining why and offering a little credit toward a future purchase. Thank you Kristen! Just another company very quick to process your payment and then full of well-meaning excuses why they can't ship when they promise. My order #770732 is still processing today (Sunday), when it should have sent "within" the week that just ended. It seems customer care tried, they responded fast to me at least. This isn't a complaint about them or even the shipping/packing guys. I'm sure people work hard and simply don't have the right resources or policies company-wide to make good on the expectations they set. Another late gift and dissapointing service I'll never try again.

GB100% recommend I ordered from bloomscape right before Easter. I had excellent communication with Brooke over the next week (re. Delays due to Easter and not shipping plants that could get stuck in courier warehouses over a weekend etc). My parcel came when expected, perfectly packaged and all plants safe and sound. I got some really awesome cutting that were already well rooted and some fresh cuttings that had clear instructions for care. I would 100% recommend Bloomscape and will be purchasing from them again.

GBI ordered 2 hanging plants for Mother’s… I ordered 2 hanging plants for Mother’s Day. I even paid for quick shipping. Neither my mom or mother-in-law received the plant. I emailed support about both orders and did not hear back. Update: bloomscape refunded me on both orders. I appreciate their quickness on rectifying this.

GBGreat Customer Service I ordered a large tree in a planter which arrived a few days after the expected date, damaged, and with a broken pot. However, this is not Bloomscape's fault, as it was delivered (and left on the truck for days) by UPS. Bloomscape was incredibly responsive, friendly, and offered several options to correct the situation. You can't really ask for more from a company! Would've give 5 stars , but I do need to find a new tree locally...
