Great Customer Service I ordered a large tree in a planter which arrived a few days after the expected date, damaged, and with a broken pot. However, this is not Bloomscape's fault, as it was delivered (and left on the truck for days) by UPS. Bloomscape was incredibly responsive, friendly, and offered several options to correct the situation. You can't really ask for more from a company! Would've give 5 stars , but I do need to find a new tree locally...

Very disappointed Very disappointed! Ordered a plant and it came smaller and half dead. Reached out to customer service and was offered store credit. Alright, I was willing to try and order again. New plants arrived in a better condition and I was still hoping for the best for the old plant. After two weeks, I noticed that the original plant is infested with worms. Horrible! Really sad experience.

Plant I received was unlike plant pictured. I purchased an EL Ponytail Palm as a housewarming gift for my son. The picture of the XL plant was very impressive. However the plant he received was much smaller than expected. I was unable to speak directly with a person. Through several texts they determined my plant was a perfectly appropriate size. The plant was $150 with 30% off plus tax shipping and handling. I won't be buying anything from this company again. Should have stuck with a local business. Lesson learned.

Not only did the plants I ordered arrive in perfect condition but one that got delayed in transit and arrived in pretty poor condition was replaced immediately, no questions asked. Best plants you can buy I’ve been ordering from Bloomscape for years because of the quality and condition of the plants being far superior to what you can find at Home Depot, etc. A big problem with those stores is the presence of pests in their plants. Have been satisfied with Bloomscape all around.
