I love them! I have purchased multiple plants from bloomscape and each experience with them has been nothing short of wonderful. Not only do they offer a wide variety of plants, but their plant care team is so helpful and kind. I also use their app, Vera, to keep track of watering and fertilizing! I feel like the price of the plants are worth it and their customer service is quite lovely.

100% recommend I ordered from bloomscape right before Easter. I had excellent communication with Brooke over the next week (re. Delays due to Easter and not shipping plants that could get stuck in courier warehouses over a weekend etc). My parcel came when expected, perfectly packaged and all plants safe and sound. I got some really awesome cutting that were already well rooted and some fresh cuttings that had clear instructions for care. I would 100% recommend Bloomscape and will be purchasing from them again.

Had a minor problem with my bird of… Had a minor problem with my bird of paradise arriving with a damaged leaf. Francesca reached out and resolved my issue, ordered numerous plants with Bloomscape and many other online sellers and Bloomscape always arrives bigger, greener and healthier than any other company. Not only did the plants I ordered arrive in perfect condition but one that got delayed in transit and arrived in pretty poor condition was replaced immediately, no questions asked. Plant I received was unlike plant pictured. I purchased an EL Ponytail Palm as a housewarming gift for my son. The picture of the XL plant was very impressive. However the plant he received was much smaller than expected. I was unable to speak directly with a person. Through several texts they determined my plant was a perfectly appropriate size. The plant was $150 with 30% off plus tax shipping and handling. I won't be buying anything from this company again. Should have stuck with a local business. Lesson learned.
