Not only did the plants I ordered arrive in perfect condition but one that got delayed in transit and arrived in pretty poor condition was replaced immediately, no questions asked. I ordered 2 hanging plants for Mother’s… I ordered 2 hanging plants for Mother’s Day. I even paid for quick shipping. Neither my mom or mother-in-law received the plant. I emailed support about both orders and did not hear back. Update: bloomscape refunded me on both orders. I appreciate their quickness on rectifying this.

I purchased a xs bundle from Bloomscape… I purchased a xs bundle from Bloomscape which consisted of the ZZ plant, Sansevieria and the Hoya plant in early spring, and to date my plants have really flourished. I am so excited and pleased. My ZZ and the Hoya plants had to be repotted in a bigger pot. When Bloomscape get their pots in I will order a couple so I can repot my Sansevieria. I now know why I bought these beautiful plants because they enrich your lives and a room Thank you Bloomscape

Had a minor problem with my bird of… Had a minor problem with my bird of paradise arriving with a damaged leaf. Francesca reached out and resolved my issue, ordered numerous plants with Bloomscape and many other online sellers and Bloomscape always arrives bigger, greener and healthier than any other company. Top notch!

Plant I received was unlike plant pictured. I purchased an EL Ponytail Palm as a housewarming gift for my son. The picture of the XL plant was very impressive. However the plant he received was much smaller than expected. I was unable to speak directly with a person. Through several texts they determined my plant was a perfectly appropriate size. The plant was $150 with 30% off plus tax shipping and handling. I won't be buying anything from this company again. Should have stuck with a local business. Lesson learned.
