Not only did the plants I ordered arrive in perfect condition but one that got delayed in transit and arrived in pretty poor condition was replaced immediately, no questions asked. Subpar and Declining Customer Service I've purchased a lot of plants from them in the past but the past couple orders have been really subpar. The shipping is not as good, so the plants or often damaged. Recently had an order that arrived with multiple wilted stems (probably 30-40% of the plant) and customer success offered a $15 off coupon code and made me jump through so many hoops it wasn't worth it. The pots are really subpar and look and feel like cheap plastic (TheSill has vastly better pots) so if the plants aren't thriving its not worth it. Way better to just buy from a local plant store vs. Bloomscape.

Very disappointed Very disappointed! Ordered a plant and it came smaller and half dead. Reached out to customer service and was offered store credit. Alright, I was willing to try and order again. New plants arrived in a better condition and I was still hoping for the best for the old plant. After two weeks, I noticed that the original plant is infested with worms. Horrible! Really sad experience.

Had a minor problem with my bird of… Had a minor problem with my bird of paradise arriving with a damaged leaf. Francesca reached out and resolved my issue, ordered numerous plants with Bloomscape and many other online sellers and Bloomscape always arrives bigger, greener and healthier than any other company. Top notch!

I purchased a xs bundle from Bloomscape… I purchased a xs bundle from Bloomscape which consisted of the ZZ plant, Sansevieria and the Hoya plant in early spring, and to date my plants have really flourished. I am so excited and pleased. My ZZ and the Hoya plants had to be repotted in a bigger pot. When Bloomscape get their pots in I will order a couple so I can repot my Sansevieria. I now know why I bought these beautiful plants because they enrich your lives and a room Thank you Bloomscape
