NO CONTACT Firstly, I paid $15 for expedited Mother’s Day shipping. Before the cutoff. It arrived a day late anyway, Monday, so missed the deadline, but also, the plant was completely destroyed. There is no phone number so I’ve sent in their online form, emailed them and sent Facebook messages for the last 2 days and absolutely NO response! Absolutely SHOCKING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

100% recommend I ordered from bloomscape right before Easter. I had excellent communication with Brooke over the next week (re. Delays due to Easter and not shipping plants that could get stuck in courier warehouses over a weekend etc). My parcel came when expected, perfectly packaged and all plants safe and sound. I got some really awesome cutting that were already well rooted and some fresh cuttings that had clear instructions for care. I would 100% recommend Bloomscape and will be purchasing from them again.

Not only did the plants I ordered arrive in perfect condition but one that got delayed in transit and arrived in pretty poor condition was replaced immediately, no questions asked. Amazing customer service! We ordered a plant from them years ago and last year a new pot for that plant that they recommended. My plant is thriving so well that it is huge and I reached out to customer service for advice. They responded quickly and gave multiple steps of advice. I was so impressed and will order from them again!

My first experience with Bloomscape My first experience with Bloomscape: 1. I make an order and it is considered fraudulent by Bloomscape. 2. No one from Bloomscape reached out to me until I did to understand why I had not received any shipping information. 3. I re-submit another order for the two plants I want. 4. The first plant arrived ~25 days after the initial order and it arrived dead. 5. I have no idea where the second plant is nor if it has even been shipped. 6. Almost ~30 days later and I still do not have the two plants I have ordered. They compensated 50$ for the inconvenience.
