Not only did the plants I ordered arrive in perfect condition but one that got delayed in transit and arrived in pretty poor condition was replaced immediately, no questions asked. Wish they shipped product with the same urgency they processed payments. Disappointing. Edited to say they were very fast to grant my refund and they auto-sent a letter explaining why and offering a little credit toward a future purchase. Thank you Kristen! Just another company very quick to process your payment and then full of well-meaning excuses why they can't ship when they promise. My order #770732 is still processing today (Sunday), when it should have sent "within" the week that just ended. It seems customer care tried, they responded fast to me at least. This isn't a complaint about them or even the shipping/packing guys. I'm sure people work hard and simply don't have the right resources or policies company-wide to make good on the expectations they set. Another late gift and dissapointing service I'll never try again.

Best plants you can buy I’ve been ordering from Bloomscape for years because of the quality and condition of the plants being far superior to what you can find at Home Depot, etc. A big problem with those stores is the presence of pests in their plants. Have been satisfied with Bloomscape all around.

I purchased a xs bundle from Bloomscape… I purchased a xs bundle from Bloomscape which consisted of the ZZ plant, Sansevieria and the Hoya plant in early spring, and to date my plants have really flourished. I am so excited and pleased. My ZZ and the Hoya plants had to be repotted in a bigger pot. When Bloomscape get their pots in I will order a couple so I can repot my Sansevieria. I now know why I bought these beautiful plants because they enrich your lives and a room Thank you Bloomscape

I love them! I have purchased multiple plants from bloomscape and each experience with them has been nothing short of wonderful. Not only do they offer a wide variety of plants, but their plant care team is so helpful and kind. I also use their app, Vera, to keep track of watering and fertilizing! I feel like the price of the plants are worth it and their customer service is quite lovely.
