Not only did the plants I ordered arrive in perfect condition but one that got delayed in transit and arrived in pretty poor condition was replaced immediately, no questions asked. GBPlant I received was unlike plant pictured. I purchased an EL Ponytail Palm as a housewarming gift for my son. The picture of the XL plant was very impressive. However the plant he received was much smaller than expected. I was unable to speak directly with a person. Through several texts they determined my plant was a perfectly appropriate size. The plant was $150 with 30% off plus tax shipping and handling. I won't be buying anything from this company again. Should have stuck with a local business. Lesson learned.

GBVery disappointed Very disappointed! Ordered a plant and it came smaller and half dead. Reached out to customer service and was offered store credit. Alright, I was willing to try and order again. New plants arrived in a better condition and I was still hoping for the best for the old plant. After two weeks, I noticed that the original plant is infested with worms. Horrible! Really sad experience.

GBI recently ordered 2 plants from… I recently ordered 2 plants from Bloomscape and both people who received them loved it! Plants were packaged great and great quality. We had a delivery issue with one (not Bloomscape's fault) but customer service was great in helping us. Francesca at Bloomscape was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Bloomscape. Can't say enough good things.

ITWish they shipped product with the same urgency they processed payments. Disappointing. Edited to say they were very fast to grant my refund and they auto-sent a letter explaining why and offering a little credit toward a future purchase. Thank you Kristen! Just another company very quick to process your payment and then full of well-meaning excuses why they can't ship when they promise. My order #770732 is still processing today (Sunday), when it should have sent "within" the week that just ended. It seems customer care tried, they responded fast to me at least. This isn't a complaint about them or even the shipping/packing guys. I'm sure people work hard and simply don't have the right resources or policies company-wide to make good on the expectations they set. Another late gift and dissapointing service I'll never try again.
