My account says “unfulfilled” for the order.. I realize Covid happened... but I. Have received all sorts of other orders from around the world in the last 5 months I would like to be informed with what is going on with my order, this is very bad communication

Excellent customer service I was confused about the product so I emailed them. They got back to me right away and not only clarified with me but on the description as well. If that's not excellent customer service, I don't know what is. I definitely ordered with them and will again.

Estimated delivery date I am. very pleased with the website and how it depicts to canvas. Very impressive, but my disappointment is the fact there is no estimate delivery date. My credit card has been charged but I have no idea when I will receive my canvas. I ordered two and an in the dark. Not a good feeling. Thank you, KaRon

Disappointing “Getting it ready - packed for picking up” this has the the status of my order for the last 7 weeks. Will never order from Gaia stock again. Really disappointing.
