Disappointing “Getting it ready - packed for picking up” this has the the status of my order for the last 7 weeks. Will never order from Gaia stock again. Really disappointing.

I have not received order #6819 I have not received order #6819 I placed order June.5 It’s now October.7 I’ve emailed twice , and sent 6 WhatsApp messages No response ?????? My account says “unfulfilled” for the order.. I realize Covid happened... but I. Have received all sorts of other orders from around the world in the last 5 months I would like to be informed with what is going on with my order, this is very bad communication

the product quality is terrible the product quality is terrible. I have asked for a return and requested the return address and I am still waiting for a response. Very disappointed./
