GBExcellent customer service I was confused about the product so I emailed them. They got back to me right away and not only clarified with me but on the description as well. If that's not excellent customer service, I don't know what is. I definitely ordered with them and will again.

CAI purchased the Ganisha Divide Large … I purchased the Ganisha Divide Large portrait that was already framed for $200 canadian. What I receive was the picture printed (not painted like the website advertise). The company stretched the picture until it was destorted and blurry. I'm beyond furious losing $200 to this fraud company especially if I send it back for a refund I will get charged the return shipping! I don't know how you can posted these items every day knowing full well this is not what the consumers are receiving! When I commented on their instagram page they blocker me and when I contacted their costumer service they told me not to look at the picture so closely to see the flaws!

GBI ordered the moon lamp for my friends… I ordered the moon lamp for my friends 18th birthday over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I got an email on after two weeks saying it was finally on the way but there is no way for me to track it in a way where I can see where it is. This is not a good website to order from and I won't be using it again.

GBSuggestion You should incorporate a “gift” option so we could send gifts directly to loved ones :)
