I ordered a paint by numbers canvas on… I ordered a paint by numbers canvas on April 11th. It is now June 2 and I have not received my order. I have emailed them multiple times to check on my order. About 2 weeks ago I was informed that they had lost my order and would ship another product to me. They have not provided me with a tracking number so I have no idea if it was shipped or when it is expected to arrive. This is not acceptable and I am very disappointed in their service.

Estimated delivery date I am. very pleased with the website and how it depicts to canvas. Very impressive, but my disappointment is the fact there is no estimate delivery date. My credit card has been charged but I have no idea when I will receive my canvas. I ordered two and an in the dark. Not a good feeling. Thank you, KaRon

I ordered the moon lamp for my friends… I ordered the moon lamp for my friends 18th birthday over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I got an email on after two weeks saying it was finally on the way but there is no way for me to track it in a way where I can see where it is. This is not a good website to order from and I won't be using it again.
