I ordered a paint by numbers canvas on… I ordered a paint by numbers canvas on April 11th. It is now June 2 and I have not received my order. I have emailed them multiple times to check on my order. About 2 weeks ago I was informed that they had lost my order and would ship another product to me. They have not provided me with a tracking number so I have no idea if it was shipped or when it is expected to arrive. This is not acceptable and I am very disappointed in their service.

I noticed a certain 'time frame' and emailed to check. I got a reply within minutes with all tracking details and friendly efficient staff.
