we needed artwork for new house we needed artwork for new house, ordered 3 piece canvas ready to hang. paid for expedited shipment. not only did not show up in time, it came rolled up not framed. Now.. the artwork is beautiful and they claim they are sending new framed ones, so we will see.

Disappointing “Getting it ready - packed for picking up” this has the the status of my order for the last 7 weeks. Will never order from Gaia stock again. Really disappointing.

I ordered a paint by numbers canvas on… I ordered a paint by numbers canvas on April 11th. It is now June 2 and I have not received my order. I have emailed them multiple times to check on my order. About 2 weeks ago I was informed that they had lost my order and would ship another product to me. They have not provided me with a tracking number so I have no idea if it was shipped or when it is expected to arrive. This is not acceptable and I am very disappointed in their service.

Excellent customer service I was confused about the product so I emailed them. They got back to me right away and not only clarified with me but on the description as well. If that's not excellent customer service, I don't know what is. I definitely ordered with them and will again.
