Time taken from ordering online to the… Time taken from ordering online to the item being ready to ship has taken far too long.

I ordered the moon lamp for my friends… I ordered the moon lamp for my friends 18th birthday over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I got an email on after two weeks saying it was finally on the way but there is no way for me to track it in a way where I can see where it is. This is not a good website to order from and I won't be using it again.
