GBThis company is horrible and has been… This company is horrible and has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. They charge your card and simply do not send their product to you. When you ask for a refund they try and sell you something else instead...real nice. They were given multiple opportunities to rectify the situation however they simply don't respond now.

GBDon't be in a hurry Horrible service! I placed an order on June 23, 2021. It said it would take 7 days to fulfill the order. I knew that when I ordered it. Today is August 4th, 2021 and I still do not have the picture. My e-mail has a "track order with Shop" button that is 0 help. Then, I found below that button I could click the tracking number. Turns out the thing ships from China. All I get is "flight departed" but doesn't say from where going to where-just "departed". It does appear that the package has been all over the Xiamen Province of China. Steer clear of these folks!

CAVery good review I received a canvas that was warped - I notified customer service and was sent another canvas to replace the one that was ineffective. I worked with Safeer who did a great job reaching out to the manufacturer, responding to me in a timely manner and correcting the situation! I absolutely love my canvas and received it faster than anticipated.
