Finally received product and am very happy. Despite the time it took to get the product, I am extremely happy with it. Tiaracle cant be blamed for lost packages, and were extremely helpful in getting it resolved. Good stuff. Get the canvas. It looks very professional.

Don't be in a hurry Horrible service! I placed an order on June 23, 2021. It said it would take 7 days to fulfill the order. I knew that when I ordered it. Today is August 4th, 2021 and I still do not have the picture. My e-mail has a "track order with Shop" button that is 0 help. Then, I found below that button I could click the tracking number. Turns out the thing ships from China. All I get is "flight departed" but doesn't say from where going to where-just "departed". It does appear that the package has been all over the Xiamen Province of China. Steer clear of these folks!

The company was even helpful in helping me figure out what was going on with my shipment when it didn't show up on time (it was the postal services fault, not Tiaracle's). Will definitely order from them again.
