When you ask for a refund they try and sell you something else instead...real nice. They were given multiple opportunities to rectify the situation however they simply don't respond now.

The company was even helpful in helping me figure out what was going on with my shipment when it didn't show up on time (it was the postal services fault, not Tiaracle's). Will definitely order from them again.

I worked with Safeer who did a great job reaching out to the manufacturer, responding to me in a timely manner and correcting the situation!
