USSHOP LOCAL! Beware of return fees! SHOP LOCAL - LESSON LEARNED! They charge a 25% restocking fee plus you pay for return shipping back. I ordered a runner rug. At $110.50 it cost me $31.63 for shipping for a total of $142.13. Now I will pay $27.63 PLUS return shipping to send it back. So many local and online stores offer free shipping and free returns why deal with a company like this? I will never again.

USNEVER AGAIN! If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a Candice Olson wallpaper and it looks NOTHING like the wallpaper shown compared to what I received. Before ordering I could find nothing except that it was refundable. What they DON’T tell you until after Many inquiries is it is BUT with a 30% restocking fee. Minimum 2 rolls. Plus I ordered peel and stick and was sent pre pasted. NEVER AGAIN.

USReally poor shipment/delivery I ordered, 25 yards of Brunschwig & Fiels trim totaling $2,300 plus taxes and delivery charges. The trim arrived timely, but, it was wrapped around a bolt - twisted, wrinkled and the end was ripped and dirty - damaged in the box during delivery. I sent pictures to DB, they said the brand shipped it and all they could do was offer a return or replacement. Unfortunately, I don’t have time with the designers to return. I am just amazed a costly purchase was handled so poorly and blasé. Be careful purchasing, I won’t again.

USVERY overpriced. Go elsewhere The website does not work at all. The pricing on products is very misleading. Shipping is outragous. I found my same product for half the price elsewhere with free shipping. (Many places, actually) Decorator's Best was not willing to help at all. Go elsewhere!!! They are ripping you off.

USDo Not Buy From this Company I’ve ordered wallpaper from them before and my experience was fine. But my recent order for close to $100 of samples has been a disaster. I never received close to half of them and have had no response after reaching out to customer service. They took my money just fine but never completed the order, nor bothered to respond to my complaints. Taking my business elsewhere. Update: I am doubling down on my views regarding DB - as you can see from their reply - its up to me to reach out AGAIN to them, even though I've already done so without a response. There are other vendors available - this one is a hard pass.
