GBDB Has The Worst Customer Relations Ever Go elsewhere or be very careful when ordering from this company. They completely misrepresented a fabric and have not owned up to their error. They act like a 25% re-stocking fee ($150!) and a $25 return shipping fee is fair when they themselves should bear the expense for false advertising.

GBI ordered this fabric on May 4 I ordered this fabric on May 4, 2017 ( Schumacher camden cotton check in Mocha) with an online confirmation the my 24 yards were in stock. This order was then followed by a message saying that it was back ordered until June 5, 2017 and I was told that without cancelling my order, my charge of $1092.00 would be held by you!!!!!!I thought this was somewhat unfair so I cancelled my order. Please let me know when it is back in stock and I will re-order.

GBStellar Fabrics and Service We love the blind that was made from the metallic gold fabric that we purchased through Decoratorsbest.com! The shade helps made the powder room feel special and pulled together. Decoratorsbest provided a few samples of fabrics that we considered before narrowing it down to the fabric that we chose. We were pleased with the promptness of the orders.

GBReally poor shipment/delivery I ordered, 25 yards of Brunschwig & Fiels trim totaling $2,300 plus taxes and delivery charges. The trim arrived timely, but, it was wrapped around a bolt - twisted, wrinkled and the end was ripped and dirty - damaged in the box during delivery. I sent pictures to DB, they said the brand shipped it and all they could do was offer a return or replacement. Unfortunately, I don’t have time with the designers to return. I am just amazed a costly purchase was handled so poorly and blasé. Be careful purchasing, I won’t again.
