They will not take returns below $700 I ordered 4 rolls of cole and son wallpaper, they were $138 each. I tried to return one extra and they denied me saying they needed a minimum of 5 rolls which is $700 after tax. I've never heard a company saying they will not take back something at a minimum of $700. What if they sent me 4 defective rolls and I wanted to return them? Do not shop here unless you want to be robbed with no accountability.

But the President of the company took on my situation in a timely manner and replaced my order extremely fast, including alerting me to discounts I was unaware I was entitled to.
