GBMagnolia Spice Wallpaper Ordered Magnolia Spice wallpaper. The manufacturer in Europe sent it to the wrong address. FedEx finally found it and delivered it to the right address. Decorators Best was going to reorder it. Wallpaper is high quality and went up fairly easy after I put up the recommended liner and sized the liner with tinted sizing. The wallpaper calculator was really off on the amount of paper needed. I had to patch pieces together to finish and fortunately you can’t tell it’s pieced together. Would definitely buy more G P & J Baker wallpaper through Decorators Best.

GBUpholstry Fabric I was looking for fabric to reupholster a couch. I purchased 10 yards of fabric on sale, twice. Both were not described correctly and did not look like the pictures. I think this is more the fault of Fabricut. Decorators best is a great site, and I should have gotten samples of the products. Your customer service representative Latoya was amazing and very helpful! She listened and took great care of my return. I really appreciated her help.

GBCould be better... Wallpaper was very pretty. But was upset that the wallpaper calculator told me I needed three rolls. What it didn't say was single or double so I ordered 2 double rolls just to be sure and was literally three inches wide too short. Had to buy another roll from a different dye lot with shipping all over again - which WAS NOT CHEAP. Would definitely look elsewhere for better shipping prices.

GBThe fabric fails to match the… The fabric fails to match the photograph especially in terms of the size of the design. I returned two shipments and the first was difficult. Decoratorsplus frequently sent the same pre-drafted email expressing dismay but without providing needed information on how to return. It took weeks to return item. Has an exhaustive selection of on-sale and regularly priced fabric and decent prices but no samples generally.

GBDo Not Buy From this Company I’ve ordered wallpaper from them before and my experience was fine. But my recent order for close to $100 of samples has been a disaster. I never received close to half of them and have had no response after reaching out to customer service. They took my money just fine but never completed the order, nor bothered to respond to my complaints. Taking my business elsewhere. Update: I am doubling down on my views regarding DB - as you can see from their reply - its up to me to reach out AGAIN to them, even though I've already done so without a response. There are other vendors available - this one is a hard pass.
