GBI ordered this fabric on May 4 I ordered this fabric on May 4, 2017 ( Schumacher camden cotton check in Mocha) with an online confirmation the my 24 yards were in stock. This order was then followed by a message saying that it was back ordered until June 5, 2017 and I was told that without cancelling my order, my charge of $1092.00 would be held by you!!!!!!I thought this was somewhat unfair so I cancelled my order. Please let me know when it is back in stock and I will re-order.

GBOne of the best customer service oriented companies Simply one of the best customer service oriented companies I've done business with. It's easy to rate a company 5 stars when everything goes right. In my case I received defective wallpaper and a lot went wrong. But the President of the company took on my situation in a timely manner and replaced my order extremely fast, including alerting me to discounts I was unaware I was entitled to. They are simply the best.

GBReally poor shipment/delivery I ordered, 25 yards of Brunschwig & Fiels trim totaling $2,300 plus taxes and delivery charges. The trim arrived timely, but, it was wrapped around a bolt - twisted, wrinkled and the end was ripped and dirty - damaged in the box during delivery. I sent pictures to DB, they said the brand shipped it and all they could do was offer a return or replacement. Unfortunately, I don’t have time with the designers to return. I am just amazed a costly purchase was handled so poorly and blasé. Be careful purchasing, I won’t again.

GBDesigner fabrics at great price I was looking for high-end fabrics for the draperies and found them at the Decorator's Best at great price. The fabrics I purchased were delivered fast and were as beautiful as shown. The only reason for 4 stars, and not 5 stars is, 12 yards of silk fabric I ordered was approximately 10 inches shy. I contacted the vendor and they eventually sent me the free return label. Once they received the fabric I returned, the Decorator's Best promptly credited my account. The customer representative, Latoya, was super pleasant and vey helpful. Thank you, Latoya!

NPTerrible service Terrible service. Unresponsive. Never sent the products. Followed up six weeks later and store indicated products were out of stock. Impossible to reach someone on the phone to find an agreeable solution. Telephone number listed on website asks for a pin before you can speak to someone. Impossible to get through.
