They will not take returns below $700 I ordered 4 rolls of cole and son wallpaper, they were $138 each. I tried to return one extra and they denied me saying they needed a minimum of 5 rolls which is $700 after tax. I've never heard a company saying they will not take back something at a minimum of $700. What if they sent me 4 defective rolls and I wanted to return them? Do not shop here unless you want to be robbed with no accountability.

I ordered this fabric on May 4 I ordered this fabric on May 4, 2017 ( Schumacher camden cotton check in Mocha) with an online confirmation the my 24 yards were in stock. This order was then followed by a message saying that it was back ordered until June 5, 2017 and I was told that without cancelling my order, my charge of $1092.00 would be held by you!!!!!!I thought this was somewhat unfair so I cancelled my order. Please let me know when it is back in stock and I will re-order.

Magnolia Spice Wallpaper Ordered Magnolia Spice wallpaper. The manufacturer in Europe sent it to the wrong address. FedEx finally found it and delivered it to the right address. Decorators Best was going to reorder it. Wallpaper is high quality and went up fairly easy after I put up the recommended liner and sized the liner with tinted sizing. The wallpaper calculator was really off on the amount of paper needed. I had to patch pieces together to finish and fortunately you can’t tell it’s pieced together. Would definitely buy more G P & J Baker wallpaper through Decorators Best.

NEVER AGAIN! If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a Candice Olson wallpaper and it looks NOTHING like the wallpaper shown compared to what I received. Before ordering I could find nothing except that it was refundable. What they DON’T tell you until after Many inquiries is it is BUT with a 30% restocking fee. Minimum 2 rolls. Plus I ordered peel and stick and was sent pre pasted. NEVER AGAIN.

Terrible service Terrible service. Unresponsive. Never sent the products. Followed up six weeks later and store indicated products were out of stock. Impossible to reach someone on the phone to find an agreeable solution. Telephone number listed on website asks for a pin before you can speak to someone. Impossible to get through.
