Decoratorsplus frequently sent the same pre-drafted email expressing dismay but without providing needed information on how to return. It took weeks to return item. Has an exhaustive selection of on-sale and regularly priced fabric and decent prices but no samples generally.

Really poor shipment/delivery I ordered, 25 yards of Brunschwig & Fiels trim totaling $2,300 plus taxes and delivery charges. The trim arrived timely, but, it was wrapped around a bolt - twisted, wrinkled and the end was ripped and dirty - damaged in the box during delivery. I sent pictures to DB, they said the brand shipped it and all they could do was offer a return or replacement. Unfortunately, I don’t have time with the designers to return. I am just amazed a costly purchase was handled so poorly and blasé. Be careful purchasing, I won’t again.

Magnolia Spice Wallpaper Ordered Magnolia Spice wallpaper. The manufacturer in Europe sent it to the wrong address. FedEx finally found it and delivered it to the right address. Decorators Best was going to reorder it. Wallpaper is high quality and went up fairly easy after I put up the recommended liner and sized the liner with tinted sizing. The wallpaper calculator was really off on the amount of paper needed. I had to patch pieces together to finish and fortunately you can’t tell it’s pieced together. Would definitely buy more G P & J Baker wallpaper through Decorators Best.

Horrible Horrible! Zero customer service. They don't mind taking your money for samples and they definitely don't communicate when your samples are late. March 18th order placed - just got my last sample last week. Do the math - almost 6 weeks. I reached out multiple times to them - nothing. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

SHOP LOCAL! Beware of return fees! SHOP LOCAL - LESSON LEARNED! They charge a 25% restocking fee plus you pay for return shipping back. I ordered a runner rug. At $110.50 it cost me $31.63 for shipping for a total of $142.13. Now I will pay $27.63 PLUS return shipping to send it back. So many local and online stores offer free shipping and free returns why deal with a company like this? I will never again.
