Before ordering I could find nothing except that it was refundable. What they DON’T tell you until after Many inquiries is it is BUT with a 30% restocking fee. Minimum 2 rolls. Plus I ordered peel and stick and was sent pre pasted. NEVER AGAIN.

Has an exhaustive selection of on-sale and regularly priced fabric and decent prices but no samples generally.

Designer fabrics at great price I was looking for high-end fabrics for the draperies and found them at the Decorator's Best at great price. The fabrics I purchased were delivered fast and were as beautiful as shown. The only reason for 4 stars, and not 5 stars is, 12 yards of silk fabric I ordered was approximately 10 inches shy. I contacted the vendor and they eventually sent me the free return label. Once they received the fabric I returned, the Decorator's Best promptly credited my account. The customer representative, Latoya, was super pleasant and vey helpful. Thank you, Latoya!

The wallpaper came extremely fast and … The wallpaper came extremely fast and was in perfect condition! I ran out so had to call in an emergency order and spoke to the owner Barbara. She took my order right on the phone and three days later my extra paper came and everything looks beautiful! Great pricing, great quality, I will but from here again!!

SHOP LOCAL! Beware of return fees! SHOP LOCAL - LESSON LEARNED! They charge a 25% restocking fee plus you pay for return shipping back. I ordered a runner rug. At $110.50 it cost me $31.63 for shipping for a total of $142.13. Now I will pay $27.63 PLUS return shipping to send it back. So many local and online stores offer free shipping and free returns why deal with a company like this? I will never again.
