VERY overpriced. Go elsewhere The website does not work at all. The pricing on products is very misleading. Shipping is outragous. I found my same product for half the price elsewhere with free shipping. (Many places, actually) Decorator's Best was not willing to help at all. Go elsewhere!!! They are ripping you off.

Designer fabrics at great price I was looking for high-end fabrics for the draperies and found them at the Decorator's Best at great price. The fabrics I purchased were delivered fast and were as beautiful as shown. The only reason for 4 stars, and not 5 stars is, 12 yards of silk fabric I ordered was approximately 10 inches shy. I contacted the vendor and they eventually sent me the free return label. Once they received the fabric I returned, the Decorator's Best promptly credited my account. The customer representative, Latoya, was super pleasant and vey helpful. Thank you, Latoya!

They will not take returns below $700 I ordered 4 rolls of cole and son wallpaper, they were $138 each. I tried to return one extra and they denied me saying they needed a minimum of 5 rolls which is $700 after tax. I've never heard a company saying they will not take back something at a minimum of $700. What if they sent me 4 defective rolls and I wanted to return them? Do not shop here unless you want to be robbed with no accountability.

Really poor shipment/delivery I ordered, 25 yards of Brunschwig & Fiels trim totaling $2,300 plus taxes and delivery charges. The trim arrived timely, but, it was wrapped around a bolt - twisted, wrinkled and the end was ripped and dirty - damaged in the box during delivery. I sent pictures to DB, they said the brand shipped it and all they could do was offer a return or replacement. Unfortunately, I don’t have time with the designers to return. I am just amazed a costly purchase was handled so poorly and blasé. Be careful purchasing, I won’t again.

Upholstry Fabric I was looking for fabric to reupholster a couch. I purchased 10 yards of fabric on sale, twice. Both were not described correctly and did not look like the pictures. I think this is more the fault of Fabricut. Decorators best is a great site, and I should have gotten samples of the products. Your customer service representative Latoya was amazing and very helpful! She listened and took great care of my return. I really appreciated her help.
