GBNEVER AGAIN! If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a Candice Olson wallpaper and it looks NOTHING like the wallpaper shown compared to what I received. Before ordering I could find nothing except that it was refundable. What they DON’T tell you until after Many inquiries is it is BUT with a 30% restocking fee. Minimum 2 rolls. Plus I ordered peel and stick and was sent pre pasted. NEVER AGAIN.

GBThey will not take returns below $700 I ordered 4 rolls of cole and son wallpaper, they were $138 each. I tried to return one extra and they denied me saying they needed a minimum of 5 rolls which is $700 after tax. I've never heard a company saying they will not take back something at a minimum of $700. What if they sent me 4 defective rolls and I wanted to return them? Do not shop here unless you want to be robbed with no accountability.

GBCould be better... Wallpaper was very pretty. But was upset that the wallpaper calculator told me I needed three rolls. What it didn't say was single or double so I ordered 2 double rolls just to be sure and was literally three inches wide too short. Had to buy another roll from a different dye lot with shipping all over again - which WAS NOT CHEAP. Would definitely look elsewhere for better shipping prices.

GBI ordered this fabric on May 4 I ordered this fabric on May 4, 2017 ( Schumacher camden cotton check in Mocha) with an online confirmation the my 24 yards were in stock. This order was then followed by a message saying that it was back ordered until June 5, 2017 and I was told that without cancelling my order, my charge of $1092.00 would be held by you!!!!!!I thought this was somewhat unfair so I cancelled my order. Please let me know when it is back in stock and I will re-order.

GBDo Not Buy From this Company I’ve ordered wallpaper from them before and my experience was fine. But my recent order for close to $100 of samples has been a disaster. I never received close to half of them and have had no response after reaching out to customer service. They took my money just fine but never completed the order, nor bothered to respond to my complaints. Taking my business elsewhere. Update: I am doubling down on my views regarding DB - as you can see from their reply - its up to me to reach out AGAIN to them, even though I've already done so without a response. There are other vendors available - this one is a hard pass.
