GBI ordered this fabric on May 4 I ordered this fabric on May 4, 2017 ( Schumacher camden cotton check in Mocha) with an online confirmation the my 24 yards were in stock. This order was then followed by a message saying that it was back ordered until June 5, 2017 and I was told that without cancelling my order, my charge of $1092.00 would be held by you!!!!!!I thought this was somewhat unfair so I cancelled my order. Please let me know when it is back in stock and I will re-order.

GBDo Not Buy From this Company I’ve ordered wallpaper from them before and my experience was fine. But my recent order for close to $100 of samples has been a disaster. I never received close to half of them and have had no response after reaching out to customer service. They took my money just fine but never completed the order, nor bothered to respond to my complaints. Taking my business elsewhere. Update: I am doubling down on my views regarding DB - as you can see from their reply - its up to me to reach out AGAIN to them, even though I've already done so without a response. There are other vendors available - this one is a hard pass.

GBVERY overpriced. Go elsewhere The website does not work at all. The pricing on products is very misleading. Shipping is outragous. I found my same product for half the price elsewhere with free shipping. (Many places, actually) Decorator's Best was not willing to help at all. Go elsewhere!!! They are ripping you off.

GBUpholstry Fabric I was looking for fabric to reupholster a couch. I purchased 10 yards of fabric on sale, twice. Both were not described correctly and did not look like the pictures. I think this is more the fault of Fabricut. Decorators best is a great site, and I should have gotten samples of the products. Your customer service representative Latoya was amazing and very helpful! She listened and took great care of my return. I really appreciated her help.

GBOne of the best customer service oriented companies Simply one of the best customer service oriented companies I've done business with. It's easy to rate a company 5 stars when everything goes right. In my case I received defective wallpaper and a lot went wrong. But the President of the company took on my situation in a timely manner and replaced my order extremely fast, including alerting me to discounts I was unaware I was entitled to. They are simply the best.
