Poor customer service I ordered a copper range hood from them. You cannot speak them them, it must be done via email. They say this is to insure there are no errors. I gave then the model number of the fan insert. They made the range hood for an insert that was 6 inches deeper, x 48 inches. They said they were sorry, and would pay for me to have a local fabricator make a stainless steel insert to make up the difference. When I sent Rustic house the invoice for the stainless steel, they never paid it. The hood is beautiful, but very unprofessional that you can't speak to any one. Ever Mike

Range hood Range hood What an awful experience! Spent $4,300 on a range hood. The product was poorly packaged, it was in a pallet box with no styrofoam. The shipping company dropped it off in our grass, did not have us sign anything. Once opened we discovered it was extremely damaged. The company is not doing anything!

Very Satisfied We evaluated a number of suppliers. Finally we decided to go with Rustica House and we are very glad we did. Our log home needed upgrading but we still wanted to maintain that rustic warmth. The site made all my ideas and visions about how I wanted the house to look, a reality. From the custom hammered copper tub, talavera sinks and tiles in our bathroom, to the red clay floor, zinc range hood and copper table in the kitchen. All our stuff was delivered on a pallet and dropped right in front of our house. I will be using Rustica House again in the future and have already recommended it to my family and friends since they all love how our renovations turned out.

I actually give them no stars but… I actually give them no stars but couldn’t otherwise give a review. Do Not Order from them! I ordered a sink from them at great expense. They never actually got back to me to answer any questions and I NEVER received my order! My money was essentially stolen! Extremely unhappy and if it weren’t for the a Covid-19 outbreak I would sue!

Hammered Copper Range Hood from Rustica House Our hammered copper range hood was delivered well packed without the scratch. Prior to ordering they inform us about possible delay in shipping due to holidays and indeed delivered in five weeks instead of four they promised. In any case, I would recommend Rustica House to anybody looking for one of a kind kitchen appliances. Order at least a month before you need it.
