GBPoor customer service I ordered a copper range hood from them. You cannot speak them them, it must be done via email. They say this is to insure there are no errors. I gave then the model number of the fan insert. They made the range hood for an insert that was 6 inches deeper, x 48 inches. They said they were sorry, and would pay for me to have a local fabricator make a stainless steel insert to make up the difference. When I sent Rustic house the invoice for the stainless steel, they never paid it. The hood is beautiful, but very unprofessional that you can't speak to any one. Ever Mike
