GBCustomer Service doesn't have access to your order I actually had to call after 11 days and ask where my order was. They don't have access to your information, your order, or your invoice...they need to call the 'business office' -- they could not answer the question -- I now have to wait to hear back from them, about 'a business day or two'. Tracking your order 'is not something customer service does'. I have never, ever experienced an online customer service department that doesn't know what happens to orders once they are submitted. Once I get my call back, and see that the order is shipped successfully, I will conclude my business relationship with this company for good.
