GBNeed to Improve Customer Service and Inventory Status I ordered 10 sets of hangers on 8/24. Site indicates products will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Finally, over a week later, I sent an email for the status of my order. I received a call back to say my order was out of stock and if I had a number 2 choice. No. So I sent an email last Thursday morning to request the order be cancelled and a refund issued. It's Tuesday morning and I don't have a response or refund yet. AND, the item is still available for order on the website.

GBReview I ordered tow bathroom vanity lights. I received a confirmation for the order. It had been a while without receiving my order, so I made a phone call. I spoke with Beth she indicated they were on back order ( would have been nice to be notified rather then having to make a phone call). Beth states that she would over night the lights. Did not receive them over night as promised . When I did receive my order one of the glass fixtures was broken. Made another phone call. Again spoke with Beth she said she would over night the broken piece . Did not receive it over night. Finally got my replacement . Probably would not do business again with this company.
