Terrible and rude customer service Terrible and rude customer service. I ordered what was listed as a purple color paint, however when the paint arrived it was actually a dark brown color. I was concerned that I received the wrong order and reached out to the help-line. I experienced a very rude and unpleasant employee who repeatedly told me I was wrong or that I ordered the paint incorrectly, interrupted me and did not let me explain my concerns, stated multiple things that are not actually true regarding the paint, and then actually hung up on me. I will never order from this company again.

Frustrated The paint I received was not anywhere close to the paint I chose. I tried to call and speak to someone, left a message, and never got a call back. They do not exchange paint, even if unopened, and when they are at fault. The shipping cost almost as much as the paint. I will not order from them again.

Chips very easy I followed directions to a T. Sanded the furniture and primed with lullaby primer plus two coats of paint. We put the furniture back together and everytime any piece would touch the other it would come off. Not very happy with the amount of money we spent on this product.

Crib Revamp Overall I was very happy with my Lullaby Paint purchase. The color is beautiful. However, the paint is very thin (due to how safe it is I'm sure) so the lighter colors do not cover well and I really could have used another quart (despite what was recommended by the site). Even after using the Lullaby Paint Primer I still had a lot of issues with the original crib color coming through.

Decent primer/paint for what we needed We ordered primer and paint (in a custom color) for our baby's crib. We were excited to find something baby and pregnancy safe, so we took the plunge and ordered. We did a custom color, and that turned out great - perfect match, as far as we can tell! Shipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. The paint was so-so as far as application. We typically use a pretty good quality Sherwin-Williams paint when we have projects, so that is the quality we're used to, and it certainly was not on par with that. Paint had to be applied very thin, or we got terrible marks in it. We did two coats, and overall I think it looks good. We got the semi gloss, and it's not glossy at all. In hindsight, I would have opted for a gloss finish for furniture instead.
