Terrible and rude customer service Terrible and rude customer service. I ordered what was listed as a purple color paint, however when the paint arrived it was actually a dark brown color. I was concerned that I received the wrong order and reached out to the help-line. I experienced a very rude and unpleasant employee who repeatedly told me I was wrong or that I ordered the paint incorrectly, interrupted me and did not let me explain my concerns, stated multiple things that are not actually true regarding the paint, and then actually hung up on me. I will never order from this company again.

No returns allowed. I should have requested some chip samples before ordering because the color that came doesn't look like quite like it does on the computer screen. Lullaby Paints doesn't accept returns.

Overall great product, but difficult application My husband and I wanted to paint one chalkboard wall in our baby's nursery, so I spent a lot of time researching no VOC paint options on the market and kept landing on rave reviews for Lullaby Paints. The website had a lot of great information and we also found the paint calculator easy to use and helpful in terms of how much to order for our project. Overall, we were very pleased with the product. As promised, the paint was odourless and had a very nice thick texture for a chalkboard paint. Cons - the application of the paint was very tricky. We needed to do 4 coats in the end and still have very visible roller marks on the wall, despite using a foam roller as suggested for the 'ideal' application of the product. Also, because we live in Canada the shipping costs were insane (about as expensive as the quart of paint itself). Last con to mention, after calling all of the Canadian vendors listed on the Lullaby Paints website we realized none of them actually carried the product (something I think the company has a responsibility to accurately reflect on their website).

Horrible never will I buy again Truly the paint is okay but isn't worth the $ could of just went to local paint shop and bought there instead of waiting and that's not the point of why I'm not happy with this purchase what made me dislike this company so much I chose the option of picking it up at a UPS store Keep in mind that I'm pregnant so I go to them pick this up and the guy is telling me that I have to pay to get this item pick up I chose the option of delivering that here because it would be cheaper instead I had to pay more to even pick it up from the UPS store I should I have just had it delivered to my own home without wasting my gas going across town and getting aggravated by a guy telling me that I will not be getting my box until I pay it's a company that I would save your money for and just buy at your local paint shop it was a headache with this company if I could I would get my money back

Terrible customer service, paint does have fumes, but looks good in the end We had a terrible customer service experience with Lullaby. First, Lullaby sent us the wrong amounts of paint. When I called to have this fixed, the woman on the phone was very nice and accommodating and promised to send the missing paint out right away, saying it would arrive in 2-3 days. When the paint did not arrive 3 days later as promised, I called to check and found out that the paint had not shipped yet. Lullaby offered to send the paint overnight, but then made sure to let me know that it was costing them extra money to send me the 2 quarts I was missing since I paid for a gallon (and only received 2 quarts the first time) and to send it overnight - which was totally inappropriate given that Lullaby was the one that made the 2 mistakes. When the paint finally did arrive, it does have some fumes. I spent about an hour painting, and felt that I needed to leave the house (I'm 30 weeks pregnant) and parents continued the painting. Now that the room is painted, it looks good and the paint covered pretty well. I would recommend ordering more than recommended on the room calculator, because it really took us about 3 coats to get a good even covering of the walls.
