I have been having issues with payoneer… Update : even the co-ceo was not helpful didn’t follow up ! Wow ! Had to contact a regular chat representative that was able to assist ! That is so unprofessional that I had to contact so many people for 5 days and it took the 5th person to get things right ! Even after numerous complaints that went unanswered! I’m not sure of who that lady name was but god bless her !! She deserves to be the CEO !

The customer support is helpful when I need it, though I had one issue where I wanted to switch from my virtual card to a physical one, where they weren't able to help me until I tried again with another agent. Then it worked. Otherwise, I don't have much to complain about. Transactions are fast and the fees are fair I think.

After 7 days they refunded him without telling me anything. because the payer didn't verify his identity. I tried to contact support many times. They never replied.
