I wanted a copy of a company… I wanted a copy of a company registration and certificate of good standing. This was first requested on a Friday. When it didn't arrive I called and was told that 'it didn't go through' on my credit card. I was told to try again which I did ... on both occasions I was notified by my CC provider that a provisional charge had been posted. The following morning I called again and finally spoke to someone who took my credit card over the phone ... it went through directly and this time I got a confirming message; something that was missing from both previous attempts. Frankly, I don't your system is working the way you would want.

Hydrobottle is a scam company based in China who rips off Americans and uses Harward Business Services address in Delaware to fool people.

Not Great Technology or Service During formation of the corporation, an automated email was sent that required followup. I responded to the email, but their service team replied that an automated email was sent regarding this, not realizing that I had already responded to it. Then after formation, their website had errors when filling out the BOI form, but they were saying to reach out to another company regarding this, even though the error was on their website. Overall their website looks like and functions like it was created 25 years ago, not the best experience.
