I wanted a copy of a company… I wanted a copy of a company registration and certificate of good standing. This was first requested on a Friday. When it didn't arrive I called and was told that 'it didn't go through' on my credit card. I was told to try again which I did ... on both occasions I was notified by my CC provider that a provisional charge had been posted. The following morning I called again and finally spoke to someone who took my credit card over the phone ... it went through directly and this time I got a confirming message; something that was missing from both previous attempts. Frankly, I don't your system is working the way you would want.

Very professional company Very professional company, 30 years in business (and going) proves to be very important in making those guys top of the line. They are all very knowledgeable. Their response time is very timely manner and they offer multiple methods of communication so the user is never left without finding a way to get an hold of them.

Live Chat feature solved my questions I had some questions the first time I tried to fill the form, and considering I'm creating a company, I didn't want to mess it up or get in trouble later. So maybe I would've appreciated a more extended explanation or a link to a blog about specific questions on the form. However, when I tried it again, I just used the live chat feature, and all my problems were resolved right away. I know I won't need to research any other suppliers if they keep this kind of service quality. All thumbs up.
