Hi I am agnel, I recently opened my company through Harvard Business Service. i read the reviews on trust pilot where they had lots of bad reviews. i was bit scared since i made the payment. but they opened my business and got EIN in 2 weeks time. GBNot Great Technology or Service During formation of the corporation, an automated email was sent that required followup. I responded to the email, but their service team replied that an automated email was sent regarding this, not realizing that I had already responded to it. Then after formation, their website had errors when filling out the BOI form, but they were saying to reach out to another company regarding this, even though the error was on their website. Overall their website looks like and functions like it was created 25 years ago, not the best experience.
