USI wanted a copy of a company… I wanted a copy of a company registration and certificate of good standing. This was first requested on a Friday. When it didn't arrive I called and was told that 'it didn't go through' on my credit card. I was told to try again which I did ... on both occasions I was notified by my CC provider that a provisional charge had been posted. The following morning I called again and finally spoke to someone who took my credit card over the phone ... it went through directly and this time I got a confirming message; something that was missing from both previous attempts. Frankly, I don't your system is working the way you would want.
