GBI purchase a dual mailbox post sleeve I purchase a dual mailbox post sleeve, 2 large mailboxes and a post cuff. High quality materials are used. Loved the painting of the house numbers on the boxes. It really gives the mailboxes an impressive look. The mail carrier loves the large size of the mailboxes for ability to fit packages into it. I am totally pleased and am glad I spent the extra money.

GBJumping through the refund approval hoops Ordered and received product in July. It turned out, we didn't need it. We have never opened it. It's now September and we are still going through the extremely extensive process of trying to get a less than $15 refund for the unused product. It's as if the seller creates an intentional obstacle to avoid providing a refund to the customer. This type of customer service is almost unheard of in 2023. Company owners and management should "wake up" as this type of customer service and requiring customers to go through a refund approval process is not sustainable for a successful, forward-thinking company. I can only suspect that it's either a family business that was passed on to another generation of people with no business training or given the fact that they have a relatively captive customer base as they sell hard to find products, they are able to employ these types of business practices and remain in business. I'm not upset as it's not much money but I do feel compelled to give feedback to whoever reads these reviews at the company - you can do better. Pick up ANY business magazine or book at any airport bookstore and you will see how to do it right (or simply look at how any other business operates). On a positive note, the guy on the phone was pleasant.

GBI did not receive mountain hardware and… I did not receive mountain hardware and sent an email and left a voicemail over a week ago with no response. I originally left a one star review and was immediately called by the company. they actually had responded to my email and I just had not seen the response. They are helping me remedy the situation and I am changing this to a 5 star review.

GBMailbox came as expected Mailbox came as expected with good packaging to prevent damage. Delivered a bit quicker than expected, which we appreciated, as the old mailbox needed quick replacement. Our order included creation of custom address plates for the side of the mailbox, and this was done correctly. All in all everything went very well. Would use them again.

GBWhat you see is what you get! When I go to websites, I hope but don’t expect that companies and their products will perform as well as the marketing hype suggests. In this rare case Budget Mailboxes did it!!! Product exactly as advertised. Shipping and delivery as promised. A pleasure. Thanks
