USI was on vacation when the order got to… I was on vacation when the order got to the warehouse and was ready for delivery. The staff didn't give up getting ahold of me and where very graceful in making the delivery arrangements once we connected.

USIt is a very well-made mailbox It is a very well-made mailbox. I like the magnet closer. When we opened it out of the box, I was surprised by how large the box is and was concerned it would look too big. That wasn't the case at all and it looks beautiful.

USMissing hardware- beautiful mailbox Love the look and quality of this mailbox. The mounting hardware for the address plaques were not in a sealed bag and some of the hardware was loose in the shipping box and some was missing. Missing hardware made assembly difficult.
