CAMy order was unable to be fulfilled due… My order was unable to be fulfilled due to a lack of stock in Canada but I was quickly notified and offered options. I chose to cancel my order and was immediately refunded on my credit card. I was also offered to be notified when the product was again in stock. I know there are many supply issues these days which are somewhat out of suppliers control, so this is a review of the process rather than the product I ordered.

GBHaving a great book light... Having a great book light that is rechargeable on a USB port is a blessing for anyone who still reads "book books." When I couldn't order through the Glocusent company directly, they quickly sent me a link to Walmart. Order complete!

GBExcellent service I contacted them through email as I was having trouble with my neck light flickering, I wanted to know if it was possible to replace bulbs. They contacted me promptly and asked for a video and my address, unfortunately the light had completely failed when I tried to switch it, I contacted them again to explain, they just asked for my address and said they'd send a replacement. I can not fault the service I would definitely recommend and will definitely use in the future. Excellent service.

GBThis lamp met and exceeded my… This lamp met and exceeded my expectations. I had purchased a different lamp in past that broke off at the neck, and wore out the spot where clamped on my headboard. This one has a rubber coating to protect the bed, very flexible, light choices are perfect.
