LOVE features and quality of this light! Being rechargeable and the feature to vary not only the level of light but also the type of light (bright vs two other types) make this product OUTSTANDING! It is a little slippery on your neck with no collar if you are moving but very helpful for reading, sewing, etc where light is not optimum. The company also stands behind their product's performance like few these days.

The Glocusent Bookmark USB Rechargeable Book Light (A15) is what I ordered and it works WONDERFUL! The different settings and battery life on it?!! Amazing! My only complaint was that my light was no longer staying up and kept falling. After speaking to someone from customer service they are fixing my issues right away. Really wonderful service.

I got flashlight for free I ordered flashlight in Poland and was waining for delivery. In 1 day shop texted me they do not have flashlight i chose in stock lin Poland so i need to wait 1+ month or request moneyback. Exceptional customer service and cool product! Had an issue with a reading light that i purchased via Amazon where the in-line controls would not work after switching the lamp on. I was able to find Glocusent's website and filled our their Support form late one evening, i got a response within minutes seeking my address, amazon order details and confirmation that a replacement would be sent out.
