I am very happy with my Booklights I am very happy with my Booklights. They are well made, instructions are clear, and it is easy to operate. I especially appreciate the timer feature. My one wish for these (and so many other) products is to remember that us old folks are still a large consumer group. Making the instructions NOT require a magnifying glass would be so very helpful.

LOVE features and quality of this light! Being rechargeable and the feature to vary not only the level of light but also the type of light (bright vs two other types) make this product OUTSTANDING! It is a little slippery on your neck with no collar if you are moving but very helpful for reading, sewing, etc where light is not optimum. The company also stands behind their product's performance like few these days.

Exceptional customer service and cool product! Had an issue with a reading light that i purchased via Amazon where the in-line controls would not work after switching the lamp on. I was able to find Glocusent's website and filled our their Support form late one evening, i got a response within minutes seeking my address, amazon order details and confirmation that a replacement would be sent out.
