GBReplacing a broken door knob I needed to replace a door knob that broke and I couldn't find it anywhere else. When I ordered it from Taylor Security & Lock I was told it would have to be ordered from the factory so it would take a couple of weeks. Sure enough, after a couple weeks I received it and I just finished installing it. Without Taylor Security & Lock I would have had to pick a new door knob that did not match anything else in the house.

GBLong shipping delays. When ordering online, No info is given on what’s in stock or how long it will take to be shipped. The few times I have order have had long waiting periods. I had to order materials from somewhere else to get the order in a reasonable time frame. Please figure out how to post what you have in stock when ordering!

GBWe use a large number of same key locks… We use a large number of same key locks and all of my other distributors aren't very clear on what keys go with what keys, but with Taylor I have been able to start transitioning over to have all of my locks keyed alike without breaking the bank.
