Long shipping delays. When ordering online, No info is given on what’s in stock or how long it will take to be shipped. The few times I have order have had long waiting periods. I had to order materials from somewhere else to get the order in a reasonable time frame. Please figure out how to post what you have in stock when ordering!

Very Happy, Highly Recommend I originally placed the same order with a different distributor. After ordering 2 lock hasps "in stock and ready to ship" I was contacted saying I would need to double by order to meet the manufacturer's minimum order. 3 days later the product had not shipped, I was then told "masterlock has a five day window to ship out new product." I cancelled my order, found taylor, and ordered the amount I needed for almost half the price. It shipped immediately, and arrived in two days. They saved my project.

Quickly & willingly replaced damaged item. The item I ordered arrived in damaged condition. Jose at Tayor saw to it that the damaged item was replaced. And he did so in a big hurry! Their price also happened to be the lowest I found, and with my order a little over $100, the shipping was free.
