Severely lacking in all areas Employee product knowledge was horrible, lack of description on the website is awful, and it took close to 5 weeks ti receive my order.

Quickly & willingly replaced damaged item. The item I ordered arrived in damaged condition. Jose at Tayor saw to it that the damaged item was replaced. And he did so in a big hurry! Replacing a broken door knob I needed to replace a door knob that broke and I couldn't find it anywhere else. When I ordered it from Taylor Security & Lock I was told it would have to be ordered from the factory so it would take a couple of weeks. Sure enough, after a couple weeks I received it and I just finished installing it. Without Taylor Security & Lock I would have had to pick a new door knob that did not match anything else in the house.

We use a large number of same key locks… We use a large number of same key locks and all of my other distributors aren't very clear on what keys go with what keys, but with Taylor I have been able to start transitioning over to have all of my locks keyed alike without breaking the bank.
