Thomas Setnan was very helpful and… Thomas Setnan was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had plus working with the cabinet people. My suggestion is to provide dimensions of all items in an order when client is sharing with another vendor. Thinking ahead of what the client wants. I have already shared Zline information with my friends.

I received the Zline wall range hood in… I received the Zline wall range hood in Stainless steel and it was damaged. I can not reach anyone to get a resolution. The phone number on the emails is not a real number. However after sending an email Tammy contacted me and resolved my issue quickly. She did a great job resolving my issue quickly and was very friendly.

kitchen faucet The kitchen faucet was just what we were looking and looks great. However I deducted 1 star because you wouldn’t ship direct to Hawaii. So I had to arrange alternate shipping. Thanks

Poor customer service Poor customer service. I ordered a microwave and it came damaged. Spoke with customer service and was told to email them with the order number, shipping information, and pictures of the damage and that the claim would be processed by the end of the day. Four days later I called to be told (rudely) that a representative had the email and it would be handled by the end of the day. That was yesterday morning.
