GBvery smooth process overall very smooth process overall. I called, and the young man was quite helpful and I was able to place the order over the phone. We have been waiting for this part for three weeks from a local appliance dealer and lack of it stalled our kitchen renovation. The part arrived within three days (not business, but actual days) of ordering it. Gonna see what else you have that I might need now!
