GBPoor customer service Poor customer service. I ordered a microwave and it came damaged. Spoke with customer service and was told to email them with the order number, shipping information, and pictures of the damage and that the claim would be processed by the end of the day. Four days later I called to be told (rudely) that a representative had the email and it would be handled by the end of the day. That was yesterday morning.

GBCustomer service could be better … Let me star off by saying that the stove is absolutely gorgeous. I purchased a ZLINE Autograph Edition package bundle with a range hood dishwasher and a pot filler. My problem is with customer service, I was unaware of the back order for the pot filler, I got the wrong finish color, and my grill still has not come. I called sent emails all I got was the run around. I'm hopeful to get everything b4 "Thanksgiving"

We are building an house and Alex at Rustic Kitchen and Bath was very helpful, prompt in answering every question, and gave us the lowest competitive price of anyone out there for our beautiful Zline kitchen appliances. We haven’t installed them yet, but I’m confident that if any problems arise with the appliances Alex will make it right. Would buy again hands down!
