GBI received the Zline wall range hood in… I received the Zline wall range hood in Stainless steel and it was damaged. I can not reach anyone to get a resolution. The phone number on the emails is not a real number. However after sending an email Tammy contacted me and resolved my issue quickly. She did a great job resolving my issue quickly and was very friendly.

We are building an house and Alex at Rustic Kitchen and Bath was very helpful, prompt in answering every question, and gave us the lowest competitive price of anyone out there for our beautiful Zline kitchen appliances. GBPoor customer service Poor customer service. I ordered a microwave and it came damaged. Spoke with customer service and was told to email them with the order number, shipping information, and pictures of the damage and that the claim would be processed by the end of the day. Four days later I called to be told (rudely) that a representative had the email and it would be handled by the end of the day. That was yesterday morning.
