GBTyson did a nice job had a good product… Tyson did a nice job had a good product knowledge and was able to close the deal and sell us a 48 inch range right there on the spot. He did a great job also sold the entire line for the whole kitchen. The refrigerators were not compelling as we want a 33 inch refrigerator and a 33 inch freezer side-by-side built-in and we want fisher Pagel drawer style dishwashers.

GBCustomer service is lacking Customer service is lacking. I called and was on hold for a long time so opted to get a call back which never happened. I emailed twice with no response the first time. Finally I got a response.
