GBI was very happy with them from the beginning to end. I was very happy with them from beginning to delivery. We ordered all black and gold zline appliances for our new home build. They did a great bundle for us. We haven’t in boxed them yet because we’re not quite ready. They look like they all arrived in good shape.

GBPoor customer service Poor customer service. I ordered a microwave and it came damaged. Spoke with customer service and was told to email them with the order number, shipping information, and pictures of the damage and that the claim would be processed by the end of the day. Four days later I called to be told (rudely) that a representative had the email and it would be handled by the end of the day. That was yesterday morning.
