Good, but not great. Alternatives are available. When I first started purchasing from LightUp, the prices were great and shipping was anywhere from cheap to non-existant. Jump forward two years: Prices are no longer competitive and shipping is outrageous. Other vendors have a slightly higher product cost, but do not charge for shipping. When doing the math, there are alternatives.

Great products, pricing and delivery I've ordered multiple times through lightup.com; their pricing is fair, the speed to deliver is great, and their products are quality. Also if a light is defective they take care of getting a replacement shipped out. I've also had the opportunity to work with one of their direct salesmen and that experience was fantastic.

Not easy to install Not easy to install. There are no detailed installation instructions. The connecting wire was too short,so I added another wire and installed it. The fixing to the T bar ceiling is so loose that it keeps falling off.
