GBWe ordered a ballast and received a… We ordered a ballast and received a notice that it was delivered while we were closed for holidays. When we got back to office and verified the item was not delivered. Called Lightup and they sent one probably overnight delivery. A couple of days later we received the missing ballaast.

GBWe absolutely love the smart Christmas… We absolutely love the smart Christmas lights we purchased off of Amazon! We have gotten so many comment on them and how neat they are. I have shared the Amazon link with several people! I love that there are tons of patterns to choose from and that I can even set up a play list to rotate through my favorites! The only downside is that you don't have net versions for exterior lighting on landscaping :-(

GBGreat products, pricing and delivery I've ordered multiple times through lightup.com; their pricing is fair, the speed to deliver is great, and their products are quality. Also if a light is defective they take care of getting a replacement shipped out. I've also had the opportunity to work with one of their direct salesmen and that experience was fantastic.

GBWhat a waste of time and money .you do… What a waste of time and money .you do not respond to emails from missing parts from fixtures you sell. how can you sell fixtures without being complete? .hope to find other vendor . I am a electrical contractor
