When I received my LED bulbs When I received my LED bulbs, I had one that failed to work upon installation. I contacted customer service and within a couple days I received a replacement. Bulbs where well packaged

Not easy to install Not easy to install. There are no detailed installation instructions. The connecting wire was too short,so I added another wire and installed it. The fixing to the T bar ceiling is so loose that it keeps falling off.

Converting my fluorescent bulbs to LED Converting my fluorescent bulbs to LED, Lightup has the best prices, by far! Good quality bulbs, fantastic packaging. I received an email stating they were cancelling my order so I had to call in to verify the purchase. That process added 6 days to the order. Customer service helped get me instructions and I was able to do the retrofit in about 15 minutes. Very happy!

What a waste of time and money .you do… What a waste of time and money .you do not respond to emails from missing parts from fixtures you sell. how can you sell fixtures without being complete? .hope to find other vendor . I am a electrical contractor
