Great customer service and pricing I ordered a large quantity of led 4ft & 8ft replacement T8 tube lights to update our shop and office space lighting. A number of the 4 ft were shattered upon arrival and after contacting customer service here, I was sent replacements to all led T8 tube lights as well as extras. We absolutely love the smart Christmas… We absolutely love the smart Christmas lights we purchased off of Amazon! We have gotten so many comment on them and how neat they are. I have shared the Amazon link with several people! I love that there are tons of patterns to choose from and that I can even set up a play list to rotate through my favorites! The only downside is that you don't have net versions for exterior lighting on landscaping :-(

Great products, pricing and delivery I've ordered multiple times through lightup.com; their pricing is fair, the speed to deliver is great, and their products are quality. Also if a light is defective they take care of getting a replacement shipped out. I've also had the opportunity to work with one of their direct salesmen and that experience was fantastic.

Good, but not great. Alternatives are available. When I first started purchasing from LightUp, the prices were great and shipping was anywhere from cheap to non-existant. Jump forward two years: Prices are no longer competitive and shipping is outrageous. Other vendors have a slightly higher product cost, but do not charge for shipping. When doing the math, there are alternatives.
