USPartial Order Only Received I received my light fixtures and yet to receive my photocells for the fixtures. UPS states on their website that a label was created and you have yet to ship them out. Your customer service as of Monday stated that they were in Taylor, MI. and should've arrived the following day. There has been no follow up from your company on this.

USNot easy to install Not easy to install. There are no detailed installation instructions. The connecting wire was too short,so I added another wire and installed it. The fixing to the T bar ceiling is so loose that it keeps falling off.

USWe ordered a ballast and received a… We ordered a ballast and received a notice that it was delivered while we were closed for holidays. When we got back to office and verified the item was not delivered. Called Lightup and they sent one probably overnight delivery. A couple of days later we received the missing ballaast.
