Good, but not great. Alternatives are available. When I first started purchasing from LightUp, the prices were great and shipping was anywhere from cheap to non-existant. Jump forward two years: Prices are no longer competitive and shipping is outrageous. Other vendors have a slightly higher product cost, but do not charge for shipping. When doing the math, there are alternatives.

My online orders at first seemed to be… My online orders at first seemed to be complete. However I was contacted and asked to “complete” my orders. The online order process is not clear that additional steps were required. The process needs to be unmistakable as to when the order is complete.

Converting my fluorescent bulbs to LED Converting my fluorescent bulbs to LED, Lightup has the best prices, by far! Good quality bulbs, fantastic packaging. I received an email stating they were cancelling my order so I had to call in to verify the purchase. That process added 6 days to the order. Customer service helped get me instructions and I was able to do the retrofit in about 15 minutes. Very happy!
