USBought hangers a few days before black… Bought hangers a few days before black Friday with the 5% off code, the next day I get an email saying now everything is 10% off. Not a huge amount of savings but still was pretty frustrating to the point I was about to call and cancel my order.

USWhat went wrong is that I sent an email… What went wrong is that I sent an email with photos to customer service over two weeks ago and then a follow up last week informing that my shipment of 50 hangers arrived in a damaged box and contained broken hangers. I requested some partial refund to my credit card. To this date, I have received no response.

USAll Good. Dividers arrived in promised time frame. Drawer divider packaging was a little dirty. Items inside were fine. Not as strong as other cedar dividers I have purchased.

USGot some really good customer service… Got some really good customer service today. Called to inquire about my order. Needed my hangers asap. I did not know they were out of stock until Jan 2022 (probably went to junk mail) agent walked me through my alternatives and I ordered them in another color in stock and they will be sent tomorrow.
