Great Customer Service There was an issue with the credit card transaction, but Mike Francese was able to take responsibility and resolve it at the Hanger.com end and not the Customer end, great Customer Service Management! Also, had to thanks him for advising me, in advance of the back order situation on a portion of our order. This again, is great Customer Service Management, as opposed to no advise and then leading to very unhappy and surprised Customer when the goods are delivered several months late.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and with the service. I decided to get rid of all wire and bulky plastic hangers my family has been using and I have two 12 year olds who have outgrown their small kid hangers, but their clothes don’t really fit well on adult hangers. The website was very easy to browse through and choose from and the prices were very reasonable - and I didn’t have to stand in a checkout line! In no time I had a couple of boxes on my porch - I am still amazed how quickly the hangers arrived. I would recommend the seller anytime.

They called me, we’re very personable and helpful and they got my order to me very quickly. Great customer service, and the hangers are perfect. Just what I needed. I will certainly use them again!

These are high quality hangers. These are high quality hangers. My problem is the metal ones are too thick and I would have liked to be given the choice to order fewer (10 instead of 20, for ex.).

Quality is very poor I’ve purchased hangers from this company before and was impressed by the quality. I recently ordered a new set of 100 hangers and given that I’m petite thought I’d try out the “new” petite version expecting that it would be the same quality hanger in a slightly smaller size. In reality, what I got was a hanger that was basically the same size but made of significantly lower quality material and none are even straight. I tried to reach out to the company a few weeks ago and crickets.
