USI placed a wrong order for pants/shorts… I placed a wrong order for pants/shorts and suit hangers on 8/28/21. The company was excellent in accepting the return. I immediately placed another order and paid for it on 9/1/21, received order on 9/7/21. My original order consisted of 17" Natural Wood Anti-Theft Combo Hanger W/ Clips & Notches - 100 pcs & 17" Natural Wood Suit Hanger W/ Suit Bar & Notches - 100 pcs. The replacement hangers for the 17" Natural Wood Anti-Theft Combo Hanger w/Clips & Notches - 100 pcs, were not as quality made as the originals. The hangers were not properly packaged as previously, as the hangers appeared to just just be thrown into the box. The metal clips are very hard to slide and grind. Unfortunately unable to oil, as it will stain the clothes. My original return was received by your company on 9/10/21, but no refund has been processed. Therefore rated a 4-star.
