You are an excellent company What was good? They answered me whenever. I text them. The shipping was excellent and very fast. I commend them for that. But one thing I still believe the shipping was very expensive like I told him I had the same item ship from Michigan and it was only $80 you people charge me 190 something thank you anyhow Joe.

Lot description is fine Lot description is fine, but you have to use their own shipping and the shipping cost is so high. They do not recommend any other shippers. I will hesitate to do business with them again. If I do, I will lower my bid price by $100 for mid sized item because I know their shipping will make so much money

Ali went above and beyond because he arranged for Fedex to pick up my item and printed all the necessary documents (as I'd had trouble doing it from here in Japan for some reason). Very easy to work with I live quite a distance away from their auction house and was not able to pick up my item right away. They were extremely patient with me arranging for my item to be picked up at a later time by friends. I really appreciate that they were so easy to work with.
