I was very impressed with how flexible… I was very impressed with how flexible Ali at RB Fine Arts Shipping was. Ali went above and beyond because he arranged for Fedex to pick up my item and printed all the necessary documents (as I'd had trouble doing it from here in Japan for some reason). Anyway, I really appreciate the help and would happily bid on RB Fine Arts auctions in the future. I would also highly recommend your business to others. Sincerely, Alex (Japan)

Japanese Mask Well package and shipped quickly. Thank you

In regards to shipping In regards to shipping. All my 50 molds were thrown into box loose and since each heavy all shifted in box to the sides. Although bubble wasn’t required, wrapping in some basic newspaper so they don’t scratch should be the bare minimum. This is careless.

This is a great auction house This is a great auction house, I have been participating in auctions with them for over 2 years! The people who run it are honest, open and welcoming! I love doing business with them!

FANTASTIC! Everything about this auction was great! They provided a shipping company which the shipping was picked up for free. Shipping prices were great! They explained that ALL carriers raised their prices 5.9%. Which is understandable since EVERYTHING is going up.
