I was very impressed with how flexible… I was very impressed with how flexible Ali at RB Fine Arts Shipping was. Ali went above and beyond because he arranged for Fedex to pick up my item and printed all the necessary documents (as I'd had trouble doing it from here in Japan for some reason). Consistent quality pieces, truthfully presented and fairly priced. This auction house has wonderful, original pieces, staff is very kind and worked closely with me on pick up and shipping. I feel I can purchase with confidence that the pieces I receive are as pictured and described.

Mixed review I'd give 5 stars to the auction house. I'd give 1 star to the shipping department: I ended up paying almost 50% of the cost of the items for shipping, which I feel is beyond the pale. I will not participate in any future auctions because of this.
