Always a pleasure Everyone is very accommodating when I go in to preview the items. Bidding online is very easy. And call ahead pick up is a snap. They do not have an army of experts on staff so it makes the hunt all the more exciting. What you see is what you get but you need to do the leg work if looking for your next treasure.

Mixed review I'd give 5 stars to the auction house. I'd give 1 star to the shipping department: I ended up paying almost 50% of the cost of the items for shipping, which I feel is beyond the pale. I will not participate in any future auctions because of this.

In regards to shipping In regards to shipping. All my 50 molds were thrown into box loose and since each heavy all shifted in box to the sides. Although bubble wasn’t required, wrapping in some basic newspaper so they don’t scratch should be the bare minimum. This is careless.

I was very impressed with how flexible… I was very impressed with how flexible Ali at RB Fine Arts Shipping was. Ali went above and beyond because he arranged for Fedex to pick up my item and printed all the necessary documents (as I'd had trouble doing it from here in Japan for some reason).
