Great lamp/spotty customer service Great lamp, but info re shipping was very spotty prior to actual redceipt of lam.

Ordered over a month ago and still hasn't shipped I ordered a lamp back in November and it still hasn't shipped yet. No word from Mitzi on why it's taking so long. I don't mind waiting as I love the design but some acknowledgment that it's taking a very long time to deliver my order would be nice.

More beautiful in person Almost my entire home has been upgraded with Mitzi light fixtures and every time they hit it out of the park. So gorgeous, customer service is amazing. Highly recommend!

Poor customer communication I have not received the product yet. When I ordered it ( a while ago) it said to be shipped in 2 weeks. Heard nothing from your company, had to follow up to find out what happened to the light and got a response saying it wasn't in the warehouse. This was my first experience with this company will probably not order again. Poor customer communication
