Ordered 8 bulbs over a month ago Ordered 8 bulbs over a month ago. Received 4. Contacted them right away they said they would send the remaining 4 out but it's been over 3 weeks and still no bulbs and no tracking number.

Ordered over a month ago and still hasn't shipped I ordered a lamp back in November and it still hasn't shipped yet. No word from Mitzi on why it's taking so long. I don't mind waiting as I love the design but some acknowledgment that it's taking a very long time to deliver my order would be nice.

Every time I see their lights in person it’s better than what I could hope. The quality is beautiful and the designs are so unique and playful.

Their reply below says it all. I will never buy from again. No indication of any "final sale" at the time of purchase and item is defective. Dishonest company. Don't do business with them!
