GBYou Speak to the Owners and get Nowhere. Loved the look of their Everyday Napkins on or around December 15 2023. On January 9 in response to my concern, they said it was “clearing customs” January 22 in response to another complaint from me they said it had “just cleared customs” Then on February 4, I they were “just put on a truck and should arrive”. It is now March 7 and still I have no product. They have done nothing to ease the pain of this long to wait for linen napkins.

GBWorst Online Experience - Leeway The product did not meet my expectations. Requested and received a return receipt. The product was returned on April 11, 2023. It's May 5, 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund. This is the worst experience I have had ordering online and through PayPal.

GBOrdered gift for shower a month ago Ordered a gift for a shower and kept waiting for it to ship but it never did. Emailed and got a very strange response about shutting down website, problems...should ship in 2 weeks. Nothing and now no response from them. They had no problem charging my card though. They have been reported as fraudulent.

GB“Blates” All In One Piece! Unlike comments left by many other customers, my “blates” arrived absolutely UNBROKEN… and are wonderful. They also arrived speedily. Only drawback, solid white which I had ordered was out of stock, but I chose alternatively striped and they arrived within a few days. Thank you!

GBreview My order arrived quickly, nicely packaged and in perfect condition. A couple pieces weren't in the colorway ordered but customer service was quick to reply and fix the issue. This was much appreciated, pleasant and seamless. I look forward to seeing how these last in time and how chip resistant they are but so far so good. Clean, pleasant design and good quality.
